Terms of Use

Orders:

To avoid any delay on your order please provide accurate and current personal information including your name, address, credit card or other related payment details, and a valid email address. It is your responsibility to ensure this is all correct, as we will use this to post your order. 

Payment:

Payment in full is taken from the time of order placement. Payments are to be made in Australian Dollars.

Privacy:

The shop is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a security device that ensures that any data, which you enter into a secure area of the website, is encrypted during transmission over the Internet. SSL utilises data encryption to create a secure environment for you to conduct your online transactions. Our shop does not store or keep credit card numbers from online transactions. The last four numbers and the expiry date of your credit card number are kept for order verification and identification purposes only. 

Pricing:

All prices quoted on the online store do not include freight. Freight will be added at the end of your purchase to your invoice. 

Damaged Goods:

Please get in touch with us immediately if your artwork is damaged during transit. Depending on the amount of damage to your special piece, we will suggest returning to us, mailing instructions will be provided for repair.



Shipping & Returns 

Delivery will be approximately 7-14 business days. If you're order requires a quick turn around please get in touch so that we can try our best to meet your requirements. Special commission pieces can also be requested, but keep in mind these take a little longer to finish from design to delivery. 

Shipping rates will be provided at checkout. We post every order via registered mail with Australia Post (excluding large scale artworks) - a signature is required upon delivery. Larger commissioned artworks are often sent through seperate courier at a larger cost. Once your order has been shipped your tracking details will be emailed to you.

Return Policy:

Refunds and returns will be made for faulty goods only. Please see ‘damaged goods’ section.
